The Influence of Aia Tempayang on Interleukin-2 (IL2) Levels on Female Rattus Norvegicus Sprague Dawley Strains in Breast Cancer Prevention

Risk factors for are those caused by carcinogenic factors, behavior, diet. causes decrease immunity. It can be prevented consuming high-antioxidant foods such as Aia Tempayang. Tempayang made from caesalpinia sappan l., scaphium scaphigerum/seeds ocimum basilicum seeds, each of contains an antioxidant compound that prevents cancer.Objectives: To analyze effect on decline interleukin-2 (il-2) deterrent to cancer.Materials Methods: Female Sprague Dawley was 35 days old n= 30, divided into five groups: normal control group (K1); groups induced DMBA without intervention (K2); treatment + l. 0.072 g scaphigerum 0.012 seeds 0.045 (X1); l 0.144 0.024 0.09 (X2); 0.288 0.048 0.18 (X3). After intervention, serum IL-2 analyzed using ELISA method. Data analysis used Paired-T Test, One Way ANOVA, Post-Hoc Bonferroni follow-up test. Results: There significant difference (p=0,000) between supplementation found after intervention.The X1, X2, X3 showed decreased K2 intervention.Conclusion: tempayang effective reducing levels mice with doses X2 X3.
